There are many ways to trigger workflow. Also, you can use multiple triggers within the workflow at different stages of the workflow. We call them as main triggers or internal triggers. Internal triggers is what bonovalley introduced to help you created very advance automations.
The Approval Cycle action specifies a list of reviewers that must give their approval in order for the process to continue. Reviewers approve by simply selecting an Approve button.
Iterate Over List will help to iterate and do actions/tasks for every record in list. eg: Do 4 tasks for every record mentioned in list. List can be in google sheet or any other source.
Define Recipients will help to loop actions for every recipient that is provided. Eg: Do 5 actions (Send email, Send SMS, Create a doc, upload proposal in drive) for each recipient mentioned.
Ask for Information action within its workflows allows to gather necessary details from users. This action allows you to prompt users for specific information. This action will pause the automation at that step to seek information and then again continues after user provided the information.
