When connecting your Bonovalley account to third-party services, you’ll need to provide login credentials for those services. We create secure connected accounts and store your login information safely. This information is used solely for its intended purpose and is deleted automatically when you remove a connected account.

Information We Collect Automatically

Integration Execution Data:

Bonovalley maintains logs of integration executions to provide run details and data transfer information. For this data, Bonovalley serves as the data processor while the user is the data controller. We store: - Integration execution details: 30-90 days based on plan

Usage Information:

We automatically collect data from your web browser when you visit our website or use our service, including: - IP address - Browser type - Previous webpage - Search queries - Locale preferences - Access history.

Cookies:

We use cookies to enhance your experience. These data files transfer to your device and may store registration ID and authentication information for maintaining your login status.

Data Storage and Security

How We Keep Your Data Safe:-

- We use strong HTTPS encryption whenever you connect to our website - like a secure tunnel for your data

- Your passwords are scrambled into unreadable code (even we can't see them!) and protected with extra security measures.

- All our servers are in secure Amazon data centers in the USA with the latest security updates.

- When connecting to other services, we use the strongest security they support. For some connections (like FTP), you can choose your security level.

- We use fixed IP addresses so you can better control who accesses your data.We are committed to doing our very best to protect your data and keep it confidential.

Data Usage

Bonovalley collects personal information (PII) for: - Account authentication - Password recovery - Integration execution notifications - Business communications - Feature updates - Usage analysis - Service improvements - Marketing Bonovalley products.

Google User Data Guidelines

When accessing Google data, we follow additional restrictions: - Limited to specified API access scopes - No advertising use - No unauthorized human reading - Revocable through Google Security Settings.

If you grant Bonovalley access to your Google data, our utilization of that data will adhere to the additional limitations outlined in Google’s API Services User Data Policy and YouTube Terms of Service. By using Bonovalley (API client), including functionalities related to YouTube API Services, users consent to comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

- Our access will be limited to reading and writing labels in Gmail, sending emails via Gmail, reading, creating, and modifying spreadsheets, managing events and calendars in Google Calendar, accessing and updating Google Contacts, creating and adding videos to channels and playlists on YouTube, and posting comments on YouTube channels. We will not share this access with third parties unless it is essential for providing and enhancing these features, adhering to applicable laws, or during a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

- Human access to this data will be restricted unless we have your explicit consent for specific messages, it is necessary for security reasons such as investigating abuse, compliance with applicable laws, or for internal operations at Bonovalley, and even then, only when the data has been aggregated and anonymized. Users have the option to revoke Bonovalley's access through Google Security Settings if they prefer not to grant read/write permissions to Bonovalley.

- We will never utilize any Google user data for advertising purposes.

Data Deletion Rights

You may request account deletion through our support team. Upon deletion, all account information and logs are immediately removed from our database.

Data Retention

We retain personal data as necessary for our Terms of Use obligations or as required by law, maintaining our privacy commitments throughout the retention period.

Payment Processing

We use Paddle for secure payment processing and only receive payment confirmations. Your full credit card details are not stored on our servers.

Information Sharing

We don’t sell or disclose personal information for marketing purposes without consent. We may share information with: - Third-party service providers working with Bonovalley, limited to necessary access - All providers must maintain user privacy and data confidentiality. We work with third-party service providers (for example server services) to help us provide, improve or advertise our services.
